Dr Krishna Nair is a senior clinician, healthcare executive and certified DPO with over 32 years’ experience across clinical practice, digital transformation, governance and large scale organisational improvement. He specialises in clinical safety, digital governance, risk management, quality improvement, supporting healthcare organisations to implement digital health and AI-enabled technologies in a manner that is safe, evidence-led, regulatory-compliant and sustainable.
An accredited Senior Clinical Safety Officer with significant NHS leadership and governance expertise, Krishna has led and assured complex transformation initiatives involving, suppliers, executive stakeholders and healthcare providers. His expertise includes Clinical Risk Management (DCB0129/DCB0160), digital governance, AI assurance, data protection,IG, regulatory readiness and organisational change.
Krishna is certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), enabling him to bridge strategic vision with practical implementation and measurable outcomes. At Global MedTech Limited, He is also a Founder Member of the AI Ambassador Network and a member of the BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT.

Dr Sudhir is a senior NHS Consultant Anaesthetist with extensive experience supporting the procurement, evaluation and adoption of medical devices and health technologies across acute care, critical care and operating theatre environments. He combines frontline clinical leadership with practical expertise in digital health, advising on usability, patient safety, interoperability and pathway redesign for peri-operative systems, simulation and AI-enabled tools. He has chaired and contributed to multidisciplinary procurement and evaluation panels, authored clinical specifications, led competitive evaluations, and supported vendor due diligence and mobilisation—ensuring robust governance, regulatory awareness and value for money. His background includes establishing high-fidelity simulation programmes, leading airway and equipment governance, and championing human-factors approaches to reduce error and strengthen team performance. At Global MedTech Limited, Dr Sudhir provides independent clinical insight and assurance, supporting evidence-led adoption, safe implementation planning and credible engagement with UK and EU healthcare stakeholders.

Hakeel is a senior digital transformation leader and certified DPO with over 20 years’ experience spanning the NHS, large technology organisations and the wider public sector. He specialises in translating innovation into measurable operational improvement, with a strong focus on patient outcomes, safer care pathways and service efficiency. Hakeel has supported the growth and scale-up of health technology programmes, led complex change initiatives, and delivered high-impact digital solutions across large, multi-stakeholder environments.
His experience includes leading major electronic health record and digital transformation initiatives, strengthening information flow, care coordination and decision-making at scale. He also brings practical expertise in AI-enabled solutions, supporting the development and adoption of tools designed to improve clinical workflow and accelerate pathways when appropriately governed and assured.
At Global MedTech Limited, Hakeel leads commercial and partnership development, supporting international suppliers to build credible UK and EU market-entry strategies and establish sustainable routes through buyers, delivery partners and distribution networks.
Anand Venu

Anand is an experienced strategist, researcher and programme management professional specialising in political economy, structural change, global value chains, trade and development financing. He currently works as a freelance Policy Analyst with the Centre for International Security and Economic Strategy (CISES), producing policy briefs and analysis on global trade, value chains and international finance.
Previously, Anand served with IMPACT Initiatives (REACH) in senior country coordination and assessment leadership roles across Iraq, Tunisia and Nigeria, where he led multi-sectoral assessments, managed large multi-disciplinary teams, and oversaw operational delivery, budgets and donor compliance. His earlier career includes analytical roles in the private sector, including positions at Booking.com and Wise, building strong foundations in data-driven decision-making and operational performance.
Anand holds an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. At Global MedTech, he supports market intelligence, partner research and strategic positioning to accelerate international supplier entry into UK and EU healthcare markets.

Hari is a highly accomplished Principal Architect and technology strategist with over 24 years’ experience advising leadership teams and senior stakeholders across banking, insurance, retail, telecoms and utilities. He specialises in enterprise architecture, solution design and large-scale digital transformation, supporting organisations to define strategic roadmaps, modernise legacy estates and deliver complex, multi-system programmes.
Hari brings deep hands-on expertise in cloud and data platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform), API-led integration, microservices, DevOps and enterprise interoperability. His experience also spans omnichannel and customer engagement technologies, including contact-centre solutions, CRM and modern content platforms, enabling secure, scalable and user-centred digital services. Hari supports technical due diligence and solution readiness, advising on interoperability, architecture assurance, data flows and deployment models to help international health technology suppliers meet UK and EU expectations with confidence. He holds a Chief Technology Officer Programme certificate from the University of Cambridge, strengthening his focus on technology governance, transformation strategy and innovation management.

A specialist in information security architecture and controls, Sreeja has extensive experience designing and implementing global frameworks for cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, and assurance. Her leadership portfolio spans ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and third-party vendor risk programmes. She has also led large-scale IT audit and security transformation initiatives, combining business pragmatism with deep technical insight to enhance resilience and governance maturity across organisations. Sreeja holds MSc and MPhil, also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), SABSA Chartered Security Architect (SCF), and GDPR certified professional.
